Zulal Yachting Charter Terms

These terms govern all charters booked with Zulal Yachting at Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Our fleet includes 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 ft to 164 ft, with capacities up to 90 guests and prices from AED 600 to AED 18,900 per hour. All bookings require a minimum duration of 2 hours.

Securing your booking and payment terms

A charter date is confirmed only after we receive a 30 % deposit. We do not hold dates without this deposit. All listed prices already include VAT. The charter fee includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Optional services such as water sports, catering, fishing tackle, decorations, DJ, or transfers are arranged on request. To book or discuss details, contact us via the WhatsApp button on the website. We reply within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily.

Insurance coverage and operator liability

Insurance for all guests, along with fuel and a licensed captain and crew, is included in the charter price for every vessel in our fleet of 88 yachts and boats. Zulal Yachting ensures every trip operating from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour meets standard safety conditions. Water sports equipment, such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, seabobs, and banana boats, is provided on request under crew supervision.

Food, beverages, and guest rules on board

Guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, on board all our yachts and boats without paying any corkage fee. Catering, BBQ menus, and bar services can also be provided on request. Soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets are provided for all guests. No passports or ID are needed to board our vessels. Deliveries, decorations, and sound equipment can be set up prior to departure by prior agreement via WhatsApp.

Cancellation rules and bad weather policy

If bad weather prevents sailing, you choose whether to reschedule the charter to a new date agreed in the chat or receive a full refund of your payment. We discuss and settle all scheduling adjustments directly via WhatsApp. If you need to change your plans, contact our team in the chat during operating hours from 9:00 to 23:00 GST. We respond within 15 minutes to assist with your rescheduling request.

What happens if severe weather prevents us from sailing?

If the weather does not allow sailing, you can choose to move your charter to another date or receive a refund of your payment. We agree on the new date directly in the WhatsApp chat, where we reply within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Will I get my deposit back if the trip cannot go ahead due to weather?

Yes, if weather conditions prevent the vessel from departing, you have the choice between a full refund of your payment or moving the booking to a new date. We confirm all payment and date adjustments via the WhatsApp chat.

Are guests allowed to bring their own meals and alcoholic drinks?

Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, onto our yachts and boats. There is no corkage fee. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar services can be arranged on request.
