Securing a date for the Sunseeker Lucien yacht requires a simple chat interaction with our charter manager. Guests send their preferred date, total hours, and guest count via WhatsApp. A manager confirms the schedule, agrees on custom add-ons, and sends a secure online payment link to pay the 30 % deposit by credit card.

This initial payment locks the reservation on the calendar, preventing other clients from taking the slot. The remaining balance is settled before stepping on board in Dubai. If severe weather or sea conditions prevent departure, guests can choose an alternative date or receive a complete refund.
